ARDIS “SUNNY” PRICE, Owner Broker of River
Coast Realty, has been in the real estate since 1981 when she went in
business with her father. While working as an agent she obtained her
Brokers license and has been operating the office since that time. She
has been a Drag Boat Racer for 7 years, holds an active U.S. Coast
Guard Captains license. In her spare time she loves, to fish, garden
and ride her ATV through the mountains of NC and Tennessee with her

WILLIAM "BILL" KOPP has lived in the area since
1984. He spent 10 years serving on the DeRosa Volunteer Fire
Department . His hobbies include riding his Harley; his 4 wheeler;
fishing, having fun with his kids and enjoying all that Florida has to
offer. |

JON PRICE has lived in the area for
43 years and is well acquainted with its history. He retired from
Progress Energy after 36 years and started working with his wife at
River Coast Realty, Inc.. He enjoys fishing, and loves to ride his
ATV in the mountains of North Georgia and Tennessee with his wife and
friends. The harder the trail, the better he likes it. He built the
boats and engines of the Drag Boats he and his wife, Sunny, raced for
several years, and also holds a current U. S. Coast Guard Master
Captains license. |
